Who the cycle is for
Local nonprofits with accountable structures and measurable goals.
Published criteria require applicants to serve Montezuma, Dolores, La Plata, Archuleta or San Juan County in Colorado, hold 501(c)(3) status, show organizational accountability, and define how success will be evaluated.
